How long does it take to roll out Move Republic?

Once the programme rules are agreed, even 1 day is enough. Before that, together we:

Tailor the motivation approach and reward structure
Align communication and onboarding — and off we go

Does Move Republic work alongside a sports card?

Of course. You don’t have to give anything up — just give your employees a choice.

Around 10% will stick with the sports card
The others can choose rewards for activity in Move Republic

Card holders can still take part in challenges and special missions — without the daily activity rewards (those are for employees who choose Move Republic).

Do employees need a smartwatch?

No. An iOS or Android phone is enough — the app uses the built-in pedometer and you can start workouts in the app itself. Integrations are optional but powerful: Garmin, Strava, Fitbit, Apple Health, Google Health, Health Connect, Withings, Polar, Suunto, Amazfit, Huawei, Mi Band and many more.

What about GDPR and activity data?

All personal data is processed in line with GDPR (see our privacy policy). Activity data belongs to the employee — we don’t share it with third parties.

We use it solely to:

measure activity and progress towards goals
rank participants in the challenges and communities they take part in

Employers normally receive anonymised, aggregated reports from us.
